1. Reservations
Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email. The restaurant reserves the right to confirm bookings.

2. Group reservations
For groups of more than 10 people, a prepayment may be required to secure the reservation.

3. Prepayment
Prepayment can be made via a payment link (Pay-by-link). Accepted payment methods include card payments, BLIK and online bank transfers, allowing for a quick and convenient confirmation of the reservation.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the payment has been received.

4. Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a prepaid reservation, refunds depend on the timing and are handled individually.

5. Service charge
A 10% service charge applies to groups of more than 6 people.

6. Payments and invoices
The restaurant issues a fiscal receipt with VAT number or a VAT invoice upon request. Please inform us before payment if an invoice is required.
In accordance with applicable regulations, once a fiscal receipt has been issued, it cannot be modified or have a VAT number added. In case of loss, the restaurant is not able to reissue a fiscal receipt.

7. Final provisions
Making a reservation means accepting these terms.

Data is not shared with third parties, except when required by law.

Customers have the right to access, correct and request deletion of their data.
